Henry Jammes leads the Advisory team within Microsoft’s Copilot Acceleration Team (CAT), partnering with enterprises to design, deploy, and scale AI agents across Copilot Studio, Copilot Cowork, M365 Copilot, Agent 365, and code-first agent tooling.
Advisory helps customers move from pilots to production, with a focus on enterprise agents, deterministic and AI-first automations, and conversational AI. The team supports scenarios spanning business automation, employee productivity, and customer engagement, with strong emphasis on governance, architecture, operating models, and Agentic Centers of Excellence at scale.

The team helps organizations adopt repeatable transformation patterns to become frontier firms powered by agentic AI, while shaping the platform through real-world feedback and scaling its expertise through guidance, blogs, videos, code samples, toolkits, and bootcamps.
