This workshop delivers an in-depth, engineering-focused exploration of building intelligent agents using Agent Builder, Copilot Studio, and Workflows. Designed for practitioners who want to move beyond the basics, the session dives into the architectural and implementation details required to build robust, scalable, and production-ready agents.

Participants will explore how agent orchestration works end-to-end, including how agents reason, route tasks, and coordinate actions across tools and workflows. We will cover advanced agent concepts such as dynamic chaining, effective use of instructions and descriptions, and patterns for creating adaptive, goal-driven behavior. The workshop will also focus on best practices for leveraging tools and knowledge sources, including when and how to ground agents, optimize tool selection, and improve reliability and performance.
