How to Get to the Convention Centre Dublin

Read the information below to find out all you need to know about getting to The Convention Centre Dublin.

Dublin Airport

Dublin Airport (DUB) is located approximately 12 km north of the city centre and offers a range of convenient transport options to the Convention Centre Dublin (CCD).

By Bus:
The Aircoach and Dublin Express services operate frequent routes between Dublin Airport and the city centre. Both services stop within walking distance of the CCD, with journey times typically ranging from 20 to 30 minutes depending on traffic.

By Taxi:
Taxis are available outside both terminals. The journey to the CCD usually takes 15–20 minutes, depending on traffic conditions.

By Car:
Dublin Airport is connected to the city via the M1 motorway and Dublin Port Tunnel, providing a direct route to the Docklands area where the CCD is located. Parking is available in nearby public car parks.

By Public Transport:
Several Dublin Bus routes connect the airport with the city centre. From the city centre, the CCD is easily accessible on foot, by bus, or via the Luas Red Line, which stops nearby at Spencer Dock.

By Car

From Dublin Airport

Exit Dublin Airport and follow signs for the **M1 Southbound** towards Dublin City Centre. Continue through the **Dublin Port Tunnel** and follow signs for the City Centre/Docklands. Exit the tunnel and follow signs for the Convention Centre Dublin (CCD), located on North Wall Quay in the Docklands district.

From Dublin City Centre

Follow signs for the Docklands or North Wall Quay. The CCD is prominently located on the River Liffey and is easily accessible from all major city routes. Traffic can be busy during peak hours, so please allow additional travel time where possible.

From Outside Dublin

Approach Dublin via the national motorway network and follow signs for the City Centre and Docklands. The CCD is conveniently located close to Dublin Port and the Dublin Port Tunnel, providing easy access from all directions.

Parking Information

The Convention Centre Dublin does not have on-site parking. However, several public car parks are located within a short walking distance of the venue, including facilities in the Docklands and IFSC areas. We recommend checking parking availability and rates in advance, particularly during busy periods.

Yes. There are multiple hotels within walking distance and nearby areas. EPPC has an official partner hotel offering discounted rates for attendees – please review the “Where to Stay in Dublin” section found on our Venue & Travel page.

Yes. On-site parking is available at the venue. Parking fees may apply.

Yes. The Convention Centre Dublin (CCD) is fully accessible and designed to accommodate delegates with a wide range of accessibility requirements.

The venue provides step-free access throughout, accessible entrances, lifts to all levels, accessible toilet facilities, designated seating areas and accessible parking options nearby. Assistance dogs are welcome within the venue.

If you have specific accessibility requirements or require additional assistance during your visit, please contact the EPPC team in advance and we will be happy to work with the venue to support your needs.

A cloakroom facility will be available at the Convention Centre Dublin for delegates during the conference. Further details, including opening hours and any restrictions, will be published closer to the event.

Please note that space may be limited, and delegates are encouraged not to bring large items of luggage to the venue where possible. Information on nearby luggage storage options will also be provided closer to the conference dates if required.

Tickets can be purchased directly through the official EPPC website: EPPC Ticket Page

There are 4 day and 3 day tickets available. 3 day tickets give you access to all of the conference sessions happening 15th June – 17th June, and the 4 day ticket gives you access to a full-day tutorial of your choice which will take place on the 14th June.

If the conference does not sell out in advance, ticket sales will remain open until Day 2 of the conference.

We run a variety of sales throughout the year, please check out the ticket page to see the current sale offering.

Your ticket includes access to conference sessions, keynotes, the Expo Hall, networking events, and on-site catering. For access to Tutorial Day you will need to purchase a 4 day ticket. Plus extras such as the Networking Night event are additional and can be added on at checkout (subject to availability). There is no scheduled networking night for 2026.

Yes. You can transfer your ticket, free of charge, up to 15 days before the conference.
