Lauren Faber is a Principal Product Manager for Power BI, leading the team responsible for consumer experiences and distribution. She focuses on making the platform easier to navigate, from the first time a user joins to how they consume and share data across their organization.
Since joining Microsoft, Lauren has contributed to several key initiatives, including the launch of Power BI Copilot and the development of the data preparation features behind the platform’s AI tools. She began her time at Microsoft on the Customer Advisory Team (CAT), where she focused on gathering and advocating for customer feedback to help shape product updates.
Lauren earned her Master’s in Information Systems Management from Brigham Young University in 2018.
