A skill is a reusable, shareable command that tells your AI tool exactly how to interact with your tenant. In this session, aimed at M365 administrators and developers, you’ll learn how to build skills that work for you and your team.

You’ll learn how to build your own skills. What a skill actually is, what makes a good one versus one that you can’t understands three months later. We will show how to use them from GitHub Copilot CLI or Claude Code to talk directly to your tenant. You’ll see how to query your M365 tenant and structure the output in a way Copilot can actually reason about. How to share skills across your organization so you’re not the only one benefiting. How to combine different CLIs and MCP servers to take case of some of the repetitive work. And how to go from a one-off query to something that keeps your tenant documentation up to date automatically.

Assumed Knowledge:

You should have experience with agents, CLI tools or PowerShell scripts.
