ABOUT THE SESSION
Windows 365 for Agents introduces a new way to deliver Cloud PCs purpose?built for AI?driven and automated workloads. In this session, we’ll explore what Windows 365 for Agents actually is, how it differs from traditional Windows 365 deployments, and where it makes sense in real customer environments.
This will be a practical, IT?pro focused session with a live demonstration showing how Windows 365 for Agents can be deployed, managed, and secured using the Microsoft Cloud. We’ll walk through architecture considerations, identity and access requirements, networking, security controls, and operational management using Intune and Microsoft security tooling.
Attendees will see real?world scenarios including:
– Running agent?based workloads and automation at scale
– Isolating AI and task?based compute from user endpoints
– Securing agent environments with Conditional Access and Zero Trust principles
– Understanding licensing, cost considerations, and operational trade?offs
This session is aimed at Engineering & Operations, endpoint engineers, and cloud architects who want to understand how Windows 365 for Agents fits into modern endpoint and AI strategies and how to get started safely and effectively.
Assumed Knowledge:
You should have a general understanding of how agents work in a Microsoft tenant
Practical Takeaways:
How Computer Use Agents help organisations automate tasks with applications with no direct APIs
Out of Session Scope:
We will not be going into strategies of deployment for individual use cases
