Lewis is a technologist and enabler focused on building agentic experiences that work at enterprise scale for everyone in the modern workplace.

At Microsoft, Lewis works as a Program Manager (Solution Architect) in the Copilot Acceleration Team (CAT), within the Copilot Studio engineering organisation. He works closely with customers, partners, and engineering teams to support the design, supported implementation and scaling of Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio solutions, whilst contributing to the wider success of organisations technology strategies and CoEs, and the platform. His work focuses on helping organisations move from experimentation to production ready, secure, and operable AI solutions, covering areas such as Copilot extensibility, agent architecture, platform governance & operations, and enterprise adoption.

Prior to Microsoft, Lewis spent several years consulting across mid market and enterprise organisations, delivering large scale Microsoft Cloud and Power Platform solutions, including Copilot and agents deployments for hundreds of thousands of users.

A long standing community contributor, Lewis regularly speaks at conferences, shares technical guidance through articles, and participates in events, webcasts and other forums.
