With 20+ years at NASA, I have been fortunate to witness some of the greatest accomplishments humankind has achieved while simultaneously working to help enable future discoveries that will propel the next generation.

As part of the discovery process, NASA collects a lot of data. So much data, in fact, that we don’t have enough people to go through it all. Even with all the partnered companies and universities, it takes a lot of time and effort to fully understand what we’re collecting and connect the dots to unlock the breakthroughs yet to be shared with the world.

Enabling Intelligent Automation through a combination of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Optical Character Recognition, and many other constantly evolving technologies helps to lighten the burden that is required to unravel new mysteries. This is my primary focus today and I wake up every morning excited to push the boundaries of what we can do for the next generation.
