If you have a Microsoft 365 Copilot license, there is a lot more AI in SharePoint than most people use. It goes from rewriting a paragraph in a text web part all the way to creating your own reusable skills that follow you across sites and OneDrive.

In this session I’ll go through those options in order, starting with the simplest ones and ending with the more advanced.

Everything is done live, so you can see how each feature behaves and where the limits are.

By the end you’ll know what each feature is good for, where it falls short, and how to start building a skills library instead of rewriting the same prompts every week.

Outline

1. Where Copilot shows up in SharePoint
The entry points across pages, lists, libraries and files, and the difference between asking Copilot about content and asking it to create or change content.

2. Text and pages
Rewriting text in the Text web part, using the Button web part to launch a prepared prompt, and creating a new SharePoint page with Copilot.

3. Lists and dashboards
Creating a list from a description, making it visual, and generating an HTML dashboard on top of that list that runs inside the SharePoint sandbox.

4. Skills
Creating a skill and reusing it across sites and OneDrive, asking Copilot to improve a skill with tests and evals, and using the PnP skills library as a starting point.

5. SharePoint-safe HTML
Turning list and library data into live HTML reports inside SharePoint.
