[Lightning Talk] Introducing Work IQ for developers

In this workshop, developers will explore Work IQ—the intelligent layer that personalizes Copilot for you and your organization—and how it grounds AI experiences in organizational data and work context. We’ll position Work IQ within the Copilot extensibility model and review the Work IQ protocols (REST, MCP, and Agent-to-Agent—A2A) that enable secure, compliant access to Microsoft 365 data. You’ll also discover practical entry points such as the Copilot CLI and Work IQ CLI, enabling command-line interaction and interoperable, cross-agent collaboration.
