Design the Next ESPC Sticker: Enter the ESPC26 Sticker Design Competition
Contents
Introduction

Calling all designers, artists, illustrators and creative minds in the tech community.
For ESPC26, we’re giving you the chance to design a brand-new official ESPC sticker, with the winning design professionally printed and handed out to attendees in the ESPC Community Lounge in Amsterdam.
If you’ve ever had an idea for the perfect conference sticker, now’s your chance to make it happen.
Introducing the ESPC Best Sticker Design Competition
New for 2026, Best Sticker Design joins the ESPC Inspire Awards as a celebration of creativity within our community.
Stickers are a familiar sight at tech conferences. They end up on laptops, notebooks, water bottles and desks, and often make their way home with attendees around the world.
This year, we want one of those stickers to be designed by you.
We’re looking for an original design that captures the community spirit of ESPC. You don’t need to be a professional designer or illustrator to enter. If you’ve got a good idea, we’d like to see it.
Your Design Could Become an Official ESPC Sticker
This isn’t just a design competition where the winning entry stays on a screen. The winning design will be professionally printed as an official ESPC sticker and handed out to attendees at ESPC26.
Your work could leave Amsterdam on hundreds of laptops, notebooks and water bottles and become a small part of the ESPC community long after the conference is over.
Our judging panel will review all eligible submissions and choose their favourite designs as finalists. Those finalists will then go to a public vote, giving the community the final say on which sticker gets printed.
What Should You Design?
We’re deliberately keeping the creative brief broad. Think technology, AI, coding, developers, IT professionals, community life, conference culture or simply the wonderfully nerdy side of working in tech.
Your design could be clever, colourful, funny, simple, detailed or completely unexpected. You can also use the ESPC name or logo as part of your design if you want to.
The main thing we’re looking for is an original idea that feels positive, inclusive and community-focused, and that people would genuinely want to pick up in the Community Lounge and stick on their laptop.
Who Can Enter?
Anyone with an original idea is welcome to enter. You might be a professional designer or illustrator. You might work in tech and create art in your spare time. You might have never designed a sticker before but have an idea you think would work brilliantly. You don’t need a design portfolio or a particular job title. You just need an idea!
How Will the Winning Sticker Be Chosen?
The competition will take place in two stages. First, the ESPC judging panel will review the submissions and select a shortlist of their favourite designs.
Then it’s over to the community. The finalists will be put to a public vote, with the winning design professionally printed and made available in the ESPC Community Lounge during ESPC26 in Amsterdam.
How to Enter
Email your sticker design to alex@espc.tech with the subject line “Best Sticker Design Entry”.
Please include:
- Your name
- Your sticker design as a PNG, PDF or SVG
There’s no need to stick to a traditional square or circular design either. Custom-shaped stickers are welcome.
Design Guidelines
We’re keeping the brief open so there’s plenty of room to get creative, but there are a few guidelines to follow:
- Original artwork only.
- Your design should be positive, inclusive, community-focused and suitable for a professional community event.
- Avoid using copyrighted logos, characters or artwork that you don’t own.
- Avoid including product and organisation names.
- Using the ESPC name or logo is allowed.
- Designs should be suitable for printing as a conference sticker.
- Custom-shaped stickers are allowed.
- By entering, you confirm that the design is your own original work and grant ESPC permission to print and distribute the winning design as an official ESPC sticker.
Got an Idea?
ESPC brings together people from across the Microsoft 365 and AI community to learn, share ideas, meet new people and make connections. So rather than deciding ourselves what the next ESPC sticker should look like, we’re handing the creative side over to you.
Whether you’ve had the perfect sticker idea sitting in your head for months or you’re starting with a blank canvas today, we’d love to see what you create.
Submit your design for the ESPC Best Sticker Design 2026 competition and you could see your work professionally printed and handed out to the community at ESPC26 in Amsterdam.
And if you know a designer, artist, illustrator or particularly creative person who would love this challenge, send the competition their way.
Your design could be the sticker everyone is looking for in the ESPC Community Lounge this year!
