ABOUT THE SESSION

Your CRM has them as three accounts. Your call recording platform has recorded calls against their subsidiaries as unrelated companies. Your customer success tool shows a healthy green score for the parent while a child subsidiary is in escalation. The data in each of those systems is correct. But without it connected together, you only ever have an incomplete picture. And when you try to have AI navigate this, you get a good sounding answer that is wrong.

This session makes the case that Master Data Management and entity resolution is a prerequisite for semantic modeling, not an optional cleanup step, then demonstrates it. Semantics tells you where data is and what it means. Master Data Management gives you the content under the semantics that AI needs. We build golden records with an AI assistant and use it to feed a Copilot agent so it can successfully navigate the enterprise. That data, managed in OneLake, can then be bound consumed via a Fabric IQ ontology . We’ll cover the architecture and mechanics for how this data lives and is managed natively in Fabric, and can be consumed by AI to navigate the enterprise and deliver on the promise of AI.
