Paula Januszkiewicz is the Founder and CEO of CQURE Inc. and CQURE Academy, a Microsoft Enterprise Security MVP, Microsoft Regional Director for Central & Eastern Europe, and a globally recognized cybersecurity expert. She graduated from Harvard Business School in 2017.

Paula is a highly rated international speaker, presenting at major conferences such as Microsoft Ignite, RSA Conference, Black Hat USA, and the Gartner Security & Risk Management Summit. Her sessions consistently attract large audiences, and in 2019 her talk was voted Best of Briefings at Black Hat Asia.

With more than 17 years of experience in cybersecurity, Paula specializes in penetration testing, security architecture consulting, and advanced training. She also designs security awareness programs for organizations and advises institutions such as the Royal Bank of Scotland on security strategy. Notably, she has privileged access to the Windows source code through her Microsoft security work.
