ABOUT THE SESSION
Most Copilot and agent rollouts start with a readiness project. Permissions get cleaned up, sensitivity labels go in, Conditional Access is tightened, and a baseline is signed off. Then the tenant keeps moving. Admins change policies, apps are granted consent, agents pick up new permissions, SharePoint sites are shared more widely than intended, and people join and leave. Without anyone noticing, the readiness you certified expires, often at the moment Copilot surfaces something it shouldn’t.
This session is about what happens after day one. We’ll walk step by step through how configuration drift, identity changes and permission sprawl erode an AI-ready tenant, from the first change to the moment it breaks something. A short self-check will show you where your own operations stand. Then we’ll build a practical operating loop for staying ready: harden the baseline, detect what changed, restore it quickly, and prove the state of your tenant when auditors ask.
You’ll leave with the self-check in hand: a few simple questions to take back to your team that show whether your tenant is still as ready as the day you signed it off.
Readiness isn’t a milestone you reach once. It’s a habit you keep. And every habit starts with noticing. Freemium is the free first step: start seeing what changes in your tenant, from today.
