AI is already showing up in your business apps – whether you’re ready for it or not. Copilot is drafting emails, analyzing data, and even suggesting business processes. But with all that power comes a big question: how do we make sure AI is helping, not hurting?

This session cuts through the theory and gets into the real-world side of responsible AI in Microsoft business solutions. We’ll share stories of where things can go sideways (bias, hallucinations, privacy missteps, compliance headaches), and how to put guardrails in place without slowing innovation to a crawl. You’ll hear what “red teaming your Copilot” looks like in practice, and leave with a clear set of ideas you can apply back at work.
