ABOUT THE SESSION
Copilot experiences shouldn’t feel handcrafted every time. As organizations build more copilots and agents, consistency becomes just as important as capability.
Component collections provide a way to standardize common conversational building blocks such as reusable tools, shared topics, and enhanced UI patterns like Adaptive Cards. Instead of recreating the same logic, prompts, and interaction patterns across multiple copilots, teams can design modular components that ensure consistent behavior while accelerating development.
In this session, we’ll explore how component collections enable teams to reuse capabilities such as tool integrations, structured conversation flows, and rich response experiences. You’ll learn how thoughtfully designed components can improve UX consistency, simplify maintenance, and support scalable governance across your Copilot ecosystem.
Assumed Knowledge:
Just basic understanding of building Copilot Studio agents is needed.
Practical Takeaways:
So many orgs are letting the agentic creation loose, BUT are having trouble creating and containing consistent experiences
Out of Session Scope:
This won’t go in too many details on deploying or sharing agents, mostly on the building features for reuse.
