Why speak at EPPC?
Speaking at EPPC is an opportunity to share what you know with a community of 2,000+ developers, makers, IT professionals, consultants, architects and business decision-makers. You’ll have the opportunity to build your profile as a subject-matter expert and connect with fellow speakers, Microsoft experts, MVPs and community members. Eligible community speakers receive a complimentary 3-day conference pass (or 4-day for tutorial speakers), access to networking events, speaker compensation and hotel.
Who should apply?
We want to hear from people with useful knowledge, experience and ideas to share such as community leaders, Power Platform experts, developers and business leaders. You don’t need to work for Microsoft or be a Microsoft MVP to submit a session. What matters most is having something valuable to share with our audience and a clear idea of what attendees will learn from your session. Whether you’re experienced in speaking at conferences or considering your first session, we welcome your proposal.
Topics we are looking for
We’re looking for useful, engaging sessions covering apps & experiences, workflows & automation, agents & AI, data & analytics, security & governance, integrations & architecture, adoption & innovation, as well as real-world case studies and lessons learned. We particularly value sessions that give attendees practical ideas they can take back to their organisations. Sessions should be educational rather than sales or product pitches.
How are proposals selected?
All applicants will be contacted once the review process is complete and informed whether their proposal has been selected. Proposals are considered based on a number of criteria, including relevance to the Power Platform audience, clarity, practical value, originality and balance across the overall programme. We recommend making it clear who your session is for, what attendees will learn and what they’ll be able to do differently afterwards.

Submitting Your Speaker Proposal
Speaker proposals are submitted through Sessionize. You’ll be asked to provide information about your proposed session, including your session title, abstract, level, intended audience, any existing knowledge attendees should have, key insights and practical takeaways, and anything that is intentionally outside the scope of your session. Be creative with your session title and description, but keep them clear and specific. The Programme Team should be able to quickly understand what your session is about, who it’s for and what attendees will learn.
When the EPPC Call for Speakers is open, you can apply through Sessionize using the Submit Your Speaker Proposal link at the bottom of this page. Complete the required information about yourself and your proposed session, including your session title, abstract, level, intended audience and key takeaways. Make sure your proposal is clear, specific and relevant to the Microsoft Power Platform audience.
A strong speaker proposal clearly explains what your session is about, who it’s for and what attendees will get from it. Be specific about the problem, experience or idea you want to share and the practical value for the audience. Your title and description should be engaging, but they should also accurately reflect the content of your session. Real-world Power Platform projects, practical examples and clear takeaways can help the Programme Team understand the value your session would bring to the EPPC audience.
Yes, you can submit more than one speaker proposal. Each proposed session should be submitted separately with all the required information.
We welcome speaker proposals covering a wide range of Microsoft Power Platform technologies, including:
– Apps & Experiences: Power Apps, Code Apps, Managed Apps and related technologies.
– Workflows & Automation: Power Automate, workflows and process automation.
– Agents & AI: Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Foundry and AI-powered solutions.
– Data & Analytics: Power BI, Microsoft Fabric and data-driven solutions.
– Security & Governance: Security, governance and best practices.
– Integrations & Architecture: Custom Connectors, Copilot Connectors, MCP servers and architecture best practices.
– Adoption & Innovation: Practical approaches to adoption and innovation.
We particularly welcome real-world case studies, lessons learned and sessions that give attendees practical knowledge they can apply in their own organisations. Sessions should be educational rather than promotional.
Session Requirements
EPPC conference sessions are 60 minutes, including time for questions and answers, demonstrations and any other elements of your presentation. Please plan your session so everything fits comfortably within the allocated time. Sessions run throughout the conference programme, and the next speaker needs time to prepare and complete any necessary AV checks, so it’s important that your session finishes on time.
No. EPPC conference sessions should be educational rather than promotional. Attendees are there to learn, discover new ideas and gain practical knowledge, so sales pitches and sessions focused on promoting a company, product or service are not accepted. If your organisation is interested in showcasing its products or services to the Power Platform community, please explore our sponsorship opportunities instead.
Yes, speakers should bring their own laptop to deliver their session. We’ll provide detailed information about presentation equipment, connections and technical requirements ahead of the conference, as these can vary depending on the venue.
Next Steps
Speaker compensation is available to eligible community speakers and does not apply to Microsoft employees or sponsor speakers. Eligible community speakers receive a speaker fee, a complimentary conference pass, access to speaker networking events and accommodation. Compensation and accommodation arrangements vary depending on session type and speaker eligibility.
Successful speakers will receive further information from the EPPC team about preparing for the conference, including speaker requirements, important next steps and anything you need to provide ahead of your session. We also ask EPPC speakers to help promote their participation in the conference. We’ll provide personalised graphics and promotional codes that speakers can share with their networks.
Content created as part of EPPC may be shared or reused after the conference. This can include session content, audio recordings or transcripts, as well as photography and video captured during the event. As an EPPC speaker, you may be photographed, filmed or recorded during the conference, and this material may be used in future EPPC content and promotional materials.
