In this session, we’ll look at how a real production system was built for the Romanian Order of Architects. It serves around 14,000 architects and manages years of project data across more than 150 SharePoint lists. Security and flexibility were the core requirements from day one, because the system holds information on both public and non-public buildings.

Through a practical walkthrough, we’ll explore how the SharePoint environment was extended with:

dynamic public and internal forms
Power Automate workflows
role-based data access
custom validation

The session will also share some of the architectural decisions, technical approaches, and lessons learned from building a large SharePoint solution that needed to remain flexible as requirements evolved.
