Gathering and interpreting data for employee appraisals is both time consuming and complex. Usually, supervisors have to gather the data manually from different source systems and interpret the data without support.

In this session I’ll show you the architecture of a solution that was developed for a municipality. It uses Microsoft Fabric to gather and store the data and it uses a Fabric Data Agent to retrieve the data. An agent that was developed in Copilot Studio will then interpret and present the data with suggestions for talking points to take up with each employee based on a connected knowledge base.

I will develop a demo friendly version of the solution on stage and show how easily a tool like this that uses agents to retrieve and interpret data can be built by plugging these agents together.
