ABOUT THE SESSION

This workshop delivers an in-depth, engineering-focused exploration of building intelligent agents and agentic automation using the latest capabilities of Copilot Studio. Designed for practitioners who want to move beyond the basics, the session dives into the architectural and implementation details required to build future-ready agents.

Participants will explore modern approaches to orchestration, including how agents reason, coordinate actions intelligently, and adjust their plans. We will cover advanced agent concepts such as dynamic chaining, effective use of instructions and skills, and approaches for creating adaptive, goal-driven behaviour. The workshop will also focus on best practices and emerging patterns for grounding agents, sharpening tool selection, and building for reliability.

By the end of the session, attendees will have a clear, engineering-level understanding of how to design and configure agents and workflows for real-world scenarios using the latest in the Copilot platform, in step with where the industry is heading.
