Pre-conference tutorials will run from 9am to approx. 5pm on Monday 29th of June. Track sessions will run from Tuesday, June 30 – Thursday, July 2, 2026.

Standard speaker session compensation includes €800 total reimbursement for 1-2 sessions (split among speakers if cospeaking), €2000 per full-day tutorial (split among speakers if cospeaking), 3 nights hotel accommodation (or 4 for tutorial speakers), and 1×3-day conference pass (or 4-day for tutorial speakers).

You must present the agreed session only. Track sessions are 60 minutes each. The members of the European Power Platform Community will expect European Power Platform Conference content, not third-party product demos or sales pitches. Sales pitches are not acceptable as they are typically not well received by the audience. If you feel that your presentation does not comply with these terms, please let us know should you need to withdraw your speaking application.

Slide decks/reference material/technical papers must be submitted to the Conference Administrator via email no later than 8th of June.

We reserve the right to replace any presenter who misses the specified deadlines.

Speaker Registration

Speakers must register with the conference team at the registration desk at least 60 minutes before your session is due to commence.

Speakers who have not registered by the requested time will be replaced at the discretion of the organisers.

Please note that speaker travel and accommodation expenses are not subsidised, however, we offer the compensation as detailed above. Any extra nights will be at the expense of the speaker and credit card details must be provided to the hotel.

NOTE: Speaker compensation does NOT apply to Microsoft speakers, as it is the standard policy within Microsoft that Microsoft speakers do not get compensated to speak at a Microsoft event.
