Hello,

I would like to attend the European Microsoft Fabric + SQL Community Conference 2026, a.k.a. FabCon + SQLCon Europe, in Barcelona, Spain from September 28 – October 1, 2026.

This event is designed for professionals like me who are working with Microsoft data platforms and it brings together the Microsoft Fabric and SQL communities in one place. The conference will cover the end-to-end data, analytics, and AI platform in Microsoft Fabric (including areas like Power BI, OneLake, data warehousing, data engineering/integration, Real-Time Intelligence, governance, AI, and much more), while also offering deep technical content focused on SQL Server, Azure SQL, and SQL in Fabric.

A major benefit is that FabCon and SQLCon are co-located in the same venue, and one registration includes full access to both conferences, so I can mix and match sessions, keynotes, and community events across Fabric and SQL based on our priorities. This “two-for-the-price-of-one” format is especially relevant as Fabric and SQL continue to converge (for example, SQL workloads and SQL in Fabric scenarios), and we need to stay current across both the analytics and database sides of the Microsoft platform.

Attending would help me bring back practical guidance and proven patterns we can apply immediately, including data architecture, optimization, governance, and modern data + AI implementation practices, while also giving us the opportunity to learn directly from Microsoft experts and community leaders, and connect with peers working on similar challenges.

We need to stay abreast of all the latest developments with Fabric and SQL, and this conference is the best way to do that. With hundreds of sessions, dedicated keynotes, and full-day workshops covering everything on Microsoft’s data platform, the European Microsoft Fabric + SQL Community Conference 2026 will be the biggest Fabric + SQL conference yet.

TechCrunch recently wrote about how companies like ours benefited from attending FabCon. Read the article here

The last FabCon and SQLCon conference in the US sold out, so it would be best to register early (taking advantage of early-bird discounts) and get the lowest rates on hotel rooms. Here’s an approximate breakdown of costs:

Airfare  € –
Transportation  € –
Hotel  € –
Meals (outside of conference meals)  € –
Full Conference Pass  € –
Total  € –

Please let me know if you’d like to discuss this further. Thanks for considering my request.
