ABOUT THE SESSION
This session will introduce the full Copilot Studio experience and show what becomes possible when moving beyond Agent Builder to build advanced, autonomous agents deployed into M365 Copilot and Microsoft Teams. It will be suited for makers and developers aiming to design agents that support richer logic, deeper integrations, and scalable workflows across the business.
We will explore:
– The expanded capabilities available in the full Copilot Studio environment
– Core elements of agent orchestration, including triggers, knowledge sources, tools, and multi-modal capabilities.
– Data access through MCP servers and automation through connectors
– The role of controlled Python logic in agent behaviour
– Deployment paths into M365 Copilot and Microsoft Teams
– Modular and scalable patterns using connected and child agents
– Computer Using Agents (CUA) for automating tasks across existing systems
– Agent Flows for structured, predictable orchestration inside complex processes
