James is a Technical Global Black Belt at Microsoft, where he supports strategic customers across the EMEA region. He helps organisations shape and deliver their AI and low-code strategies, translating ambition into scalable solutions through his expertise in Power Platform and Copilot Studio.

A former Microsoft MVP, James is well recognised across the UK and international Microsoft community. Prior to joining Microsoft, he led the strategic and technical delivery of one of Europe’s largest Power Platform programmes at Network Rail.
